Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., software solutions / FMCG / B2B / services].
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.
