We’re looking for 10 driven Sales and Growth Intern Interns to join our team in Jaipur and help us identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Field)

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (fixed + performance-based incentives)

Full-time Offer: ₹4–6 LPA, based on performance

Joining: Immediate

What will you do?

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
• Support business development and execute targeted outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Manage leads and track the acquisition pipeline using CRM tools and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive opportunities from initial contact to closure.
• Analyse sales performance and identify new avenues for growth.

Who should apply?

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a master's degree is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and business fundamentals.
