Job summary

Mpower Plus is seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer in Hyderabad for a full‑time, hybrid role. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, be able to discuss requirements with clients, onboard applications, and write rules and workflows. A solid grasp of SailPoint IIQ architecture and RBAC concepts is required.

The role requires direct client interaction, ability to create and edit workflows, and contributing to identity governance initiatives in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SailPoint IIQ experience required.
• Ability to discuss requirements directly with client.
• Ability to write SailPoint IIQ rules and workflows.
• Understand and modify SailPoint IIQ workflows and architecture.
• Fundamental understanding of RBAC and certification.

Responsibilities

• Discuss requirements with client and align on deliverables.
• Onboard applications with/without guidance.
• Write and maintain rules in SailPoint IIQ.
• Create/edit workflows within SailPoint IIQ.
• Demonstrate basic SailPoint IIQ architecture knowledge.
