Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our IAM team in India. The role requires hands-on expertise with SailPoint IIQ installation, lifecycle management, and connector development to integrate REST, JDBC and AD sources.

The candidate will work with Java-based integrations, build reports, and implement policy workflows within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform across Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IAM and SailPoint IIQ experience.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle: joiner, mover, leaver.
• Hands-on with connectors: REST, JDBC, AD and data sources.
• Experience with Java and SailPoint IIQ API.

Responsibilities

• Implement IdentityIQ solutions including onboarding new connectors.
• Configure lifecycle management processes (joiners, movers, leavers).
• Develop reports and analytics in SailPoint IIQ.
• Build policies, work flows, forms and approvals in SailPoint IIQ.

Job Title: Sail Point IIQ Developer

Location: Pune MH, Mumbai MH, Chennai TN

Skills Required: Sail Point, Identity IQ, Sail Point Connector, Workflow and Report

Experience: 8- 10 Years

Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on Identity Management concept including user lifecycle management, self-service and reporting configuration
• Good understanding of Life cycle management process including joiner, mover, leaver
• Good understanding of Sailpoint compliance Management, certification, report, and advance analytics.
• Hands-on experience on onboarding new connector including REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, Active Directory and building custom policy-
• Hands-on experience on Quicklink, Business process, sub process, call method, rule, request form, approval etc
• Strong knowledge on Java and Sailpoint IdentityIQ API.

Essential Skills:

• Hands-on experience on Sail point IIQ installation and configuration.
• Experience working on Linux based Infrastructure.
• Knowledge on JSF and Hibernate.
• Experience working on NetIQ Identity Manager/any other Identity Management tools.
