Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with strong IAM expertise to design, develop, and support IIQ solutions.

You will handle rule development, workflows, RBAC, SoD, and API integrations; work on onboarding, provisioning, and integrations with ITSM tools; ensure governance and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Experience in application onboarding and connector configuration
• Experience working with SailPoint OOTB connectors
• Hands-on provisioning and reconciliation processes
• Experience developing custom workflows, rules, and forms
• Good understanding of IAM governance and compliance concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• Create and manage IIQ objects including Applications, Roles, Policies, Certifications, Forms, Tasks, Workflows, Reports
• Perform application onboarding and integration with enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain SailPoint rules (Map, Correlation, Creation, Pre-Delegation, Exclusion)
• Customize access request and provisioning workflows
• Develop custom forms for access provisioning requirements
• Implement RBAC and SoD controls
• Develop integrations using SCIM, REST APIs, Web Services
• Integrate SailPoint with ITSM tools (JIRA, Remedy)
• Debug and resolve production issues, deploy code, and perform root-cause analysis
