Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in India is seeking a proactive Safety & Security Manager to lead the department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, guest and team welfare across our Jaipur property.

You will develop and implement comprehensive safety procedures, oversee fire safety, asset protection and incident response, and drive compliance with Hyatt's corporate policies while delivering a secure guest experience and steady operational performance.

Qualifications

• Professional degree, diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• At least 2 years of experience as Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in a larger operation.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate hotel safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.
• Lead the department to align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

The Safety and Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

Qualifications

Ideally with a professional degree or diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation.

Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
