Job summary

Talworx Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead SAFe and Agile teams across projects. The role requires hands-on SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Lean practices with broad SDLC experience (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).

6–9 years total experience (minimum 5 in Scrum Master), strong coaching and communication skills, and certifications such as CSM/PSM or PMP. Proficiency with JIRA and ADO is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years total experience; at least 5 years in Scrum Master.
• Hands-on Scrum Master for SAFe projects.
• Experience in SDLC: SDLC, Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, ADO.
• Leading SAFe 6.0 and CSM/PSM certs.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or MBA; PMP/Agile/SAFe cert preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
