• Exposure to supply chain consulting/transformation projects in domains such as Planning (forecasting, demand planning/sensing, supply planning, integrated business planning, S&OP), Sourcing & Procurement (supplier B2B, eProcurement, supplier catalogs), Supply Chain Strategy (network design, sustainability, control towers), Fulfillment (inventory management, inventory strategy, segmentation, omni-channel).
• 2+ years as business analyst in consulting or startups, preferably in supply chain domain.
• Proficient in supply chain components and methodologies.
• Experience in supply chain solutioning.
• Familiarity with common ERP, TMS, WMS, and supply chain planning tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS, and Google cloud platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills: ability to understand business requirements, dig into details, ask the right questions, and communicate business problems and outcomes effectively.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities, including creating impactful pitch decks.
• Demonstrated ability to draft proposals, set up objectives, and develop action plans for prospective clients.
• Ability to apply nonfunctional requirements and technical knowledge in the MAG Cloud domain to drive robust solution design.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative process assessments to identify enterprise process performance and gaps.
• Proficiency in numerical analysis and visualization using MS Office tools.
• Strong project management skills and ability to run projects independently.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and to thrive in a large, global organization.
