Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru/Hyderabad is seeking a 9 - Ind & Func AI Decision Science Consultant with 4+ years of experience to drive Gen AI initiatives in our Data & AI practice. You will contribute to building AI-driven analytics capabilities across client engagements.

You will develop AI algorithms, manage large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience delivering AI projects in large software/platform organizations.
• 4+ years of hands-on AI project experience including generative AI.
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI frameworks (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI) and AI technologies such as embeddings, NLP, CV.
• Experience building and deploying statistical models / ML including segmentation, predictive modelling, time series, and optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings to stakeholders; data management using SQL.

• Employ a systematic approach to problem-solving, exploring known avenues and asking insightful questions to unravel the core issues.
• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external consultants/managers to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to streamline the flow of information for enhanced efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Hands-On exposure to Generative AI frameworks (Azure Open AI, Vertex AI) and implementations & Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Embedding, prompt engineering, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Hands on experience in building and deployment of Statistical Models/Machine Learning including Segmentation & predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders; Data management using databases like SQL
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark, etc.
• Knowledge in training large language models and fine-tuning for specific applications or domains.

Additional Information

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
