Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Decision Science Analyst to join the Global Network - Data & AI. Based in Hyderabad/Bangalore, you will develop and test AI algorithms, manage large datasets, and collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven insights for SaaS and PaaS clients.

Required: 2+ years in AI projects, Generative AI frameworks (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI), ML modeling, cloud deployment, and strong communication skills. Grow with our worldwide Data & AI network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS, engineering, data science or related field.
• 2+ years in AI projects with successful outcomes.
• Hands-on with Generative AI frameworks (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, NLP, CV, and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Spark; able to handle large datasets.

What you would do in this role

• Development and testing of AI algorithms and techniques, custom-tailored to effectively address and solve specific, complex business problems.
• Manage large databases proficiently, conducting exploratory data analytics to derive valuable insights for stakeholders.
• Track down and thoroughly investigate previous information related to a problem, asking probing questions to identify root causes.
• Employ a systematic approach to problem-solving, exploring known avenues and asking insightful questions to unravel the core issues.
• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external consultants/managers to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to streamline the flow of information for enhanced efficiency.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing project requirements.
• Proactively seek and embrace continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with the industry trends and advancement.

Job Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Hands-On exposure to Generative AI frameworks (Azure Open AI, Vertex AI) and implementations & Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Embedding, prompt engineering, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Hands on experience in building and deployment of Statistical Models/Machine Learning including Segmentation & predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders; Data management using databases like SQL
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark, etc.
• Knowledge in training large language models and fine-tuning for specific applications or domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
