Job summary

Accenture's Data & AI practice within the Global Network is driving analytics and AI-driven transformations for SaaS and PaaS clients. The role blends strategy with execution, leveraging Azure AI tools and offshore delivery collaboration to scale impact across industries.

As a Data & AI Analyst, you will develop GenAI/LLM workflows, manage data pipelines, and translate insights into business actions while learning and growing within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience on AI projects delivering outcomes.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, and Cognitive Search.
• Hands-on building GenAI and agentic AI systems (RAG, autonomous agents, LL M workflows).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) for deploying models.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving; proficient in SQL, Python, R, Spark.

• - Proven experience (2+ years) in working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• - Leverage the Microsoft ecosystem—Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, Cognitive Search, and M365 Copilot extensibility—to build secure and scalable AI solutions.
• - Design and implement GenAI and agentic AI systems, including RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and LLM‑driven workflows tailored to business needs.
• - Develop AI accelerators and POCs using Azure cloud‑native architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
• - Stay current with advancements in LLMs, multimodal models, and Microsoft AI tooling, translating emerging capabilities into actionable business solutions.
• - Hands on experience in building and deployment of Statistical Models/Machine Learning including Segmentation & predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
• - Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders; Data management using databases like SQL Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark, etc.
• - Knowledge in training large language models and fine‑tuning for specific applications or domains.
• - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
• - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven mindset.
• - Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
