Job summary

Accenture’s Data & AI practice is hiring an AI Decision Science Analyst. You will develop and test AI algorithms, manage large data sets, and collaborate with global teams to deliver analytics-driven insights for SaaS and PaaS clients. Strong foundation in ML, NLP, embeddings, and cloud deployments is expected.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, stakeholder communication, and delivering data-driven improvements in complex business problems across a distributed network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
• 2+ years of experience in AI projects with successful outcomes.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI frameworks (Azure Open AI, Vertex AI) and AI technologies including Embedding, prompt engineering, NLP, CV.
• Hands-on experience in building and deployment of statistical models / ML including segmentation, predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, time series, optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings to stakeholders; data management with SQL. Proficiency in R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark.
• Knowledge in training large language models and fine-tuning; experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying language models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Develop and manage data pipelines to streamline the flow of information for enhanced efficiency.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing project requirements.
• Proactively seek and embrace continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with the industry trends and advancement.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Hands-On exposure to Generative AI frameworks (Azure Open AI, Vertex AI) and implementations & Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Embedding, prompt engineering, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Hands on experience in building and deployment of Statistical Models/Machine Learning including Segmentation & predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders; Data management using databases like SQL Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark, etc.
• Knowledge in training large language models and fine-tuning for specific applications or domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
