Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Ind & Func AI Decision Science Associate Manager in Bangalore/Hyderabad. This role sits in our Data & AI practice, focusing on delivering AI-driven business outcomes.

You will lead AI projects, manage data pipelines, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive performance. The position requires 4+ years of AI project experience, hands-on Generative AI frameworks, and strong data management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Hands-On exposure to Generative AI frameworks (Azure Open AI, Vertex AI) and knowledge of AI technologies including embedding, prompt engineering, NLP, CV, etc.
• Hands on experience in building and deployment of Statistical Models/ML incl. segmentation, predictive modelling, stats, time series, optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings to stakeholders; Data management using SQL databases.
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark.

• Knowledge in training large language models and fine-tuning for specific applications or domains.
