Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Data Science Consultant/Team Lead to drive innovative Generative AI projects across Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, and Semiconductors. You will lead hands-on GenAI and data science work, mentor teams, and manage client engagements in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will design and implement AI/ML solutions, guide cloud-based analytics, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in data science, including team leadership and independent client delivery.
• Education: Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, or Semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data science solutions, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Independently manage end-to-end client engagements, including scoping, planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication.

• Design and deploy GenAI solutions (NLP, CV, multimodal) using advanced frameworks.

Generative AI Expertise

Cloud Platform Expertise

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and/or AWS in data science workflows.
• Data Science Tools: Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• GenAI & LLM Tooling :LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in decision science projects focused on marketing, supply chain, or sales.
