Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an AI Decision Science Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the design, development and deployment of autonomous AI agents and multi-modal solutions that execute complex workflows for clients.

You will shape Gen AI strategies, drive large-scale initiatives and build strong client relationships while defining the roadmap for AI-driven business transformation within a consulting context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of AI/ML experience with leadership of teams delivering Generative AI applications and agentic systems.
• Proven ability to work in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics/CS/Math/AI with excellent academic record.
• Deep knowledge of Gen AI strategies and enterprise-scale AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy advanced AI agents and multi-modal solutions.
• Define and implement GenAI and agentic AI strategies for clients, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale initiatives.
