Job summary

excelerated is seeking an SAP FI/ S/4 Consultant to help clients enhance finance, supply chain and procurement through advisory, implementation and support activities with emphasis on leveraging SAP technologies. You will support the lead consultant to deliver projects within scope and quality.

The role requires hands-on exposure to at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation as a Junior Consultant/Analyst, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP FI and S/4 HANA, including participation

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering client requirements and translating them into functional specs.
• Participation in client workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP FI and S/4HANA across at least one full lifecycle implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work with project/functional lead to execute on assigned deliverables
• Document clients process flow to capture current/future processes
• Write requirement and specification documents capturing client needs
• Configure system in line with requirements and specification documents
• Develop testing scripts aligned with the configured system and client needs
• Execute and support client testing
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support engagements and workshops
• Collaborate with management at all levels
• Maintain knowledge of business processes assigned
• Identify deviations and coordinate with Project Manager to take corrective action
• Transfer design and configuration knowledge to team members with best practice insights
• Provide ongoing application support to clients

Job description

As the SAP FI/ S/4 Consultant you will have responsibility for assisting clients to improve their finance, supply chain and procurement functions through advisory, implementation and support activities with a focus on leveraging SAP based technologies. You will play a supporting role to the lead consultant in your area of expertise with the aim to successfully deliver and implement projects within the agreed scope to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with project/functional lead to execute on assigned deliverables
• Document clients process flow to capture current/future process
• Write requirement and specification documents capturing client needs
• Configure system in line with requirements and specification documents
• Develop testing scripts in line with configured system and client requirement
• Execute and support on client testing
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support the engagement and workshops with clients
• Work effectively with all levels of management
• Maintain application knowledge as assigned to business process areas.
• Identify ‘deviations’ and work with Project Manager to take corrective action
• Effectively transfer design and configuration knowledge to team members and provide ‘Best Business Practice’ knowledge to aid in the design process
• Providing ongoing application support to clients

Looking for:

• Experience having worked on at least one full life cycle implementation as a Junior Consultant/Analyst
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working within SAP FI and s4 HANA
• Participated in client workshops and requirement gathering sessions
