Job summary

excelerated seeks an SAP FI/S/4 Consultant to help clients optimize finance, supply chain and procurement using SAP technologies. You will support the lead consultants and help deliver projects within scope with high quality.

The role requires experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation as a Junior Consultant/Analyst and a minimum of 2 years in SAP FI and S/4 HANA, plus experience in client workshops and requirements gathering.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Minimum 2 years in SAP FI and S/4 HANA.
• Experience participating in client workshops and requirement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work with project/functional lead to execute on assigned deliverables.
• Document clients process flow to capture current/future process.
• Write requirement and specification documents capturing client needs.
• Configure system in line with requirements and specification documents.
• Develop testing scripts in line with configured system and client requirement.
• Execute and support on client testing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support the engagement and workshops with clients.
• Work effectively with all levels of management.
• Maintain application knowledge as assigned to business process areas.
• Identify deviations and work with Project Manager to take corrective action.
• Transfer design and configuration knowledge to team members and provide best practice knowledge.

As the SAP FI/ S/4 Consultant you will have responsibility for assisting clients to improve their finance, supply chain and procurement functions through advisory, implementation and support activities with a focus on leveraging SAP based technologies. You will play a supporting role to the lead consultant in your area of expertise with the aim to successfully deliver and implement projects within the agreed scope to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with project/functional lead to execute on assigned deliverables
• Document clients process flow to capture current/future process
• Write requirement and specification documents capturing client needs
• Configure system in line with requirements and specification documents
• Develop testing scripts in line with configured system and client requirement
• Execute and support on client testing
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support the engagement and workshops with clients
• Work effectively with all levels of management
• Maintain application knowledge as assigned to business process areas.
• Identify ‘deviations’ and work with Project Manager to take corrective action
• Effectively transfer design and configuration knowledge to team members and provide ‘Best Business Practice’ knowledge to aid in the design process
• Providing ongoing application support to clients

Looking for:

• Experience having worked on at least one full life cycle implementation as a Junior Consultant/Analyst
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working within SAP FI and s4 HANA
