Job summary

Ephicacy in India seeks an experienced SAS Programmer with a strong background in Real World Evidence (RWE) / Real World Data (RWD) to join our growing team. You will handle large real‑world datasets and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs.

You will work with CDM/OMOP, CDR, and data sources such as claims and EHR/registries to develop and validate analyses, datasets, and TLFs for study reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAS programming experience (Base SAS, SAS Macro, PROC SQL).
• Strong exposure to SDTM, ADaM and TLFs in real‑world research.
• Prior experience in RWE/RWD projects using CDM/CDR/OMOP data structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for RWE studies using claims, EHR, and registries.
• Work with CDM/OMOP and CDR data standardization and extraction.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and epidemiologists to support study design and analysis.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and timely delivery of analyses.
• Prepare and review analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAS Programmer with a strong background in Real World Evidence (RWE) / Real World Data (RWD) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with large real‑world datasets and translating them into meaningful analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for RWE studies using real-world data sources such as claims, EHR, and patient registries
• Work with Common Data Models (CDM/OMOP) and Clinical Data Repositories (CDR) for data standardization and extraction
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and medical teams to support study design and analysis
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with project timelines
• Prepare and review analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs)

Must-Have Skills

• Extensive hands‑on SAS programming experience (Base SAS, SAS Macro, PROC SQL)
