Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 healthcare supplier, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the development of business plans and execute sales strategy for the assigned geography. The role reports to the Country Manager and focuses on compliant growth through coaching and governance.
You will drive quarterly reviews, manage territory, develop accounts, and mentor a sales team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while engaging customers, distributors and vendors across the region.

Leads the development of business plans, and execution of devised sales strategy for the assigned geography to meet monthly, quarterly & quarter & annual business goals. Ensuring compliant growth through governance, sales administration, engagement and capability development through coaching and mentoring of his team will be some key aspects.
The position will report to the Country Manager.
INTERNAL: Country Manager, Country Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain & Sales Operation
EXTERNAL: Consumers and Customers, Distributors, Vendors (various)
Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in sciences preferably with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Experience: Broad-based knowledge and experience in sales function. 10-12 years of sales experience with preferably 4-5 years of people manager experience, preferably in healthcare industry. Has prior experience or exposure to S&IP products. Knowledge of customers, markets and competitors. Demonstrated examples of integrity, initiative, organizational sensitivity and collaboration are essential as the role works within a number of different functions across the organisation.
