Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced RSA Archer specialist to configure and customize Archer applications, build data driven events, calculated fields, data feeds and reports. You will work on Archer use cases across risk and compliance domains.

You will implement integrations via REST/SOAP, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and deliver dashboards and metrics that reveal risk posture and compliance status for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform and related modules.
• Hands-on with Application Builder, Workflow Designer, and Data Feeds.
• Experience implementing Archer use cases and integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (solutions, questionnaires, workflows).

Job description

• Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows). Develop data Driven Events, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports. Customize modules such as:
• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Regulatory & Compliance Management.
• Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations.
• Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations.
• Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics. Build advanced reporting using Archer’s reporting engine. Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging.
• Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.Hands-on with:
