Job summary

Indium Software in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere and RPA Developer to design, build, and support intelligent automations that boost efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere for Agentic and BOT development, a solid understanding of Agentic Process Automation, proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and JavaScript, and practical knowledge of APIs and LLM module integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7–9 years experience in AutomationAnywhere agentic and BOT development.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic Process Automation concepts.
• Proficiency with Python, NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs and data formats such as JSON/XML.
• Familiarity with LLM modules and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AA RPABOTs.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Build scalable automation workflows with best practices.
• Integrate bots with internal/external applications via APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical docs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize bots and workflows.
