Job summary

EPAM Systems is looking for a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Intelligent Automation, RPA, Applied AI, and Generative AI to define solution strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives. You will translate business concepts into scalable technology solutions, develop technical roadmaps, and create clear execution plans as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on with Automation Anywhere and enterprise automation solutions.
• Experience designing Applied AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into structured execution plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Nice to have: Databricks or AWS; knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and Intelligent Document Processing.
