Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS, Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, IT, AI or related field.
• Knowledge of robotics, AI, coding, STEM and basic electronics.
• Familiarity with Python, Scratch, C/C++ or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM classes for school students.
• Teach through practical activities, projects, experiments, and hands-on learning.
• Train students on robotics platforms, sensors, electronics, programming, and AI concepts.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and training activities per curriculum.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Guide students in developing innovative projects and participating in competitions and events.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and management of robotics equipment and resources.
• Maintain records of classes, student progress, attendance, and activities.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, and internal teams.
• Participate in training sessions and upgrade technical and teaching skills.
• Represent the organization professionally at client schools.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeableRobotics & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainerto join our team in Mahoba. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching students and capable of making complex technology concepts simple, practical, and engaging.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and STEM sessions for school students, along with managing practical activities, projects, and technology-based learning programs.

Key Responsibility

• Conduct engaging and interactiveRobotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and STEM classesfor school students.
• Teach students through practical activities, projects, experiments, and hands-on learning.
• Train students on Robotics platforms, sensors, electronics, programming, and AI concepts.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and training activities according to the curriculum provided.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Guide students in developing innovative projects and participating in competitions, exhibitions, and technology events.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and management of robotics equipment and other training resources.
• Maintain records of classes, student progress, attendance, and activities.
• Coordinate professionally with school management, teachers, and the internal company team.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously upgrade technical and teaching skills.
• Represent the organization professionally while working at client schools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma inComputer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, IT, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Knowledge ofRobotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, STEM, and basic electronics.
• Familiarity with programming languages such asPython, Scratch, C/C++, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of sensors, microcontrollers, and basic robotics components.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner to school students.
• Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and teaching.

Experience

• Previous experience inteaching, training, Robotics, Coding, AI, STEM, or EdTechwill be preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
