Job summary

Pinnacle Industries in India is seeking an engineer to program and teach Yaskawa robots for ABS sheet trimming and to develop CNC trimming programs for thermoformed plastics.

This role involves robot path teaching, TCP setup, tool calibration, and collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve cycle times, quality, and productivity while ensuring safety and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Yaskawa Robot Programming & Teaching.
• Experience in CNC Programming and trimming applications.
• Knowledge of ABS sheet trimming processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation, and robot I/O systems.

Responsibilities
