Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RO Operator to manage the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of RO plants and associated water treatment equipment. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in plant operation, troubleshooting, and maintaining water quality parameters as per standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the RO Plant, UF, Softener, associated systems
  • Perform daily operation checks, record log sheets, and maintain plant operation data
  • Manage chemical dosing, backwashing, rinsing, and regeneration processes
  • Ensure proper functioning of pumps, membranes, filters, and dosing systems
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate for maintenance when required
  • Maintain stock of chemicals, consumables, and spares
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, operational SOPs, and housekeeping standards
  • Coordinate with the supervisor/engineer for plant performance and reporting
  • Attend breakdowns and support in preventive maintenance activities

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of RO system operation and membrane care
  • Understanding of water treatment processes (RO, UF, Softener, DM, Dosing)
  • Ability to identify operational issues and troubleshoot basic faults
  • Ability to maintain operational records and documentation
  • Knowledge of pumps, valves, flowmeters, pressure gauges, and online instrumentation
  • Willing to work in shifts and handle field operations
