Job summary

Itvet Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Risk Models Testing Lead – AI/ML in banking to drive testing and validation of AI/ML models used in risk management, credit decisioning, fraud detection, and AML. You will ensure model accuracy, explainability, and production readiness while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to drive governance, quality, and risk controls across the model lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in risk model testing or validation in banking.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML in risk management and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with GenAI testing and model governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and validation of AI/ML risk models used in banking.
• Ensure accuracy, explainability, and regulatory compliance for models.
