Job summary

ERM Placement Services is seeking a Monitoring & Testing Analyst in Risk & Controls to perform control design assessments, execute operating effectiveness testing, and review controls and evidence. The role involves identifying control gaps, conducting quality checks, and supporting automation and monitoring tools to ensure compliance with SOX/COSO standards.

The analyst will prepare findings and communicate results to stakeholders, contributing to robust risk management and control environments

Qualifications

• Experience with SOX/COSO frameworks and control testing.
• Ability to review controls, testing evidence and workpapers.
• Identify control gaps, exceptions and breakdowns with actionable findings.
• Perform quality checks on control testing activities.
• Support testing automation, scripting and monitoring tools.
