Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst to join the Risk and Compliance vertical. You will perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions, and provide closure guidance.

You will help design and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and support audit readiness. The role involves analyzing the effectiveness, quality, and impact of Internal Audit with respect to governance, processes, data and performance management.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation is acceptable.
• Experience in risk and compliance functions.
• Familiarity with internal audit standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align with Risk and Compliance vertical to perform compliance reviews and publish action-oriented reports.
• Design and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and support audit readiness for client and internal audits.
• Review the effectiveness, quality and impact of Internal Audit against governance, processes and performance.
• Interact with peers and occasionally with clients or Accenture management, with limited daily instruction.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client and external audits. What are we looking for?


• Review of effectiveness, quality, impact and influence of Internal Audit as it pertains to risk management and compliance objectives. In addition, providing advisory and execution to ensure internal audit functions remain fit for the future in line with Internal Audit standards and leading practices across the dimensions of Governance, Operating Model, Process, Data, Analytics, Technology, Talent, Skills and Performance Management.
