Job summary

Accenture in Gurugram is seeking a Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance vertical. You will help perform SOX compliance reviews, publish reports with actions, and provide closure guidance to ensure effective risk mitigation across client engagements.

You will design and implement controls to mitigate risks, support upcoming client external audits, and collaborate with delivery teams to drive timely remediation and assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Graduation or CA required.
• 5–8 years of experience in risk & compliance/SOX.
• Experience with implementing or assessing SOX controls or GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve progressively complex problems within the Risk & Compliance domain.
• Collaborate with peers in Accenture and interact with clients and management as needed.
• Assist in designing and implementing controls to mitigate risks for client processes.
• Publish compliance reports and provide closure guidance for actions identified.
• Support preparation for client external audits and ensure timely remediation.
• Contribute to the delivery of risk assessment, control testing, and remediation efforts.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed.
• We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client external audits.
• You will be working as a part of the Risk compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• United States federal law that set new or expanded requirements for all U.• S.• public company boards, management and public accounting firms.
• Assist in implementation of client-designed Sarbanes-Oxley controls into client s financial processes, enterprise resource planning system or supporting technology.
• Any Graduation,Chartered Accountant
