Job summary

Chola MS Risk Services in Pan India is seeking a highly experienced Rigging Inspector for our leading client in the power, port, and petrochemical sectors.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Construction Management, with 10+ years as a Rigging expert and a recognized certification from LEEA or LOLER or OPITO. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Immediate joiner within 15 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Mechanical/Construction Management.
• Must hold a recognized certification from LEEA or LOLER or OPITO or equivalent for inspector level.
• 10+ years as Rigging expert in construction-related sectors (power plant, port, petrochemical, cement refinery).
• Coaching and certification capability for Rigger, Signalman, and supervisors; competency in preparing lift plans for critical and ODC lifts.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Coach and certify Riggers, Signalmen, and supervisors; prepare lift plans for critical and ODC lifts.
• Lead rigging operations for power plants, ports, petrochemical facilities, and cement refineries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications across sites.

• Must be at least a diploma in engineering in Mechanical/ Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Must have a recognized certification from LEEA or LOLER or OPITO or equivalent for inspector level.
• 10 +years or more as as Rigging expert in the field of construction of power plant/ Port/ Petrochem/cement refinery factory.
• The candidate shall have professional expertise for coaching and certification for Rigger, Signalman, and supervisors. He shall have competency in preparing lift plan for critical and ODC Lifting.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi in speaking, reading and writing.
