Job summary

Caren Infotech And Management is seeking an experienced RF engineer to own the RF architecture, perform link-budget calculations, and specify system performance for advanced RF systems in India.

You will lead RF subsystem integration, work with antennas, matching networks, filters, and power amplifiers, and perform measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes. Mentoring junior engineers is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• 510+ years of hands-on experience in RF, Wireless Communication, Radar Systems, Electronic Warfare, or RF Test & Integration.
• Strong experience with RF test equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with MATLAB or Python for signal analysis and test automation.
