Job summary

Interiors With Art in Delhi and Chennai designs luxury spaces worldwide and is expanding its BIM team. The role focuses on building and managing 3D BIM models in Revit, creating custom families for joinery and furniture, and coordinating content across disciplines.

You'll drive accuracy in drawing sets, push for automation with AI in BIM, and help maintain standards and templates. Collaboration with the team in India and abroad is essential.

Qualifications

• Architectural background is required.
• 3–5 years of experience, including residential projects.
• Strong, hands-on Revit across architecture and interior packages.
• Understand detailing and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with Avail for content management.
• Interest in automation and AI in BIM.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage 3D BIM models from early design through construction issue.
• Create custom Revit families for joinery, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
• Use Avail to manage and organise Revit content libraries.
• Produce accurate, coordinated drawing sets for design development, technical detailing and construction issue, including FF&E schedules.
• Coordinate models across disciplines to resolve clashes before they reach site.
• Help maintain the studio's BIM standards, templates and documentation.
• Find ways to use AI and automation to speed up Revit processes, and keep improving how our Revit workflow runs.

Interiors With Art has been designing and building luxury homes, palaces and hotels for 24 years, for private clients around the world. We've recently opened offices in Delhi and Chennai and set up a joint venture with Sotheby's International Realty India, and the team here is growing quickly. Behind the scenes we're changing how the business runs too. We build a lot of our own technology and we want people who'll help us keep improving how we work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
