Participants will receive continuous development, mentorship, and a supportive environment to reintegrate into the workforce, with diverse backgrounds welcomed and valued at every step.

Qualifications

Requirement :

• Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of January 2027, the projected program start date)
• Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
• Should have minimum 5 yrs of corporate experience.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
