Titan Company in Puducherry is seeking an energetic Optical Sales Associate to greet customers, understand prescriptions, and recommend frame styles suited to face shapes and lifestyles. You will explain lens options, coatings, and UV protection, hit monthly sales targets, take PD measurements, adjust frames, and manage orders and stock with suppliers.

The role requires 1–3 years in optical retail or a customer-facing environment, with accurate measurements and smooth fittings to ensure customer

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in optical retail, eye clinics, or customer-facing sales

• Convert walk-in traffic or eye-screening camp attendees into paying customers to hit monthly quotas.
• Take pupillary distance (PD) measurements, adjust/repair frames for comfort, and handle final delivery.
• Process work orders, track stock levels, and coordinate with assembly labs or warehouses.
