Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking a Remote Retail Media Manager to drive media performance and account growth for global retail campaigns, primarily on Amazon. You will lead activation, optimization, reporting, and data-driven insights while collaborating with a global team.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. EST hours and remote setup support your work-life balance while delivering client value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail media, preferably in an agency setting.
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience in the Ad Console.
• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or PacVue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize retail media campaigns across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
• Independently complete BAU tasks including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimization and reporting.
• Create professional client-facing documents highlighting actionable performance insights.
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals and objectives.
• Stay ahead of tools, trends, and best practices.
• Support account operation and maintenance checks (keywords, settings, creative).
• Proactively generate ideas for optimizing media execution.

Job Description

As a Retail Media Manager, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth.

Your key responsibilities will include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across highly complex retail accounts. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
• Independently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
• Support the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectives
• Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices
• Supporting the Sr. Manager/Director in smooth account operation, this role involves conducting essential account maintenance (keywords, settings, and creative) checks.
• The individual will also proactively generate and propose ideas for optimizing media execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console
• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue is a plus
• Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets
• Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience with the ability to produce high-quality documents
