Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group seeks several motivated individuals to join our New Accounts team as a Retail Application Operations Associate I. The role requires analytical and methodical thinking with strong initiative, supporting clients opening accounts under UK and US entities.

You will screen documents, perform regulatory checks, and collaborate with Compliance to approve accounts. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience related to KYC documentation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related to account opening and Global KYC documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Validate and screen documents received from clients who are opening accounts under the UK and US entities.
• Follow up with clients regarding any pending documents.
• Reviewing regulatory checks such as OFAC and World Checks.
• Coordinate with Compliance to get the documents/accounts approved.

Qualifications

Experience: 0-2 years related to account opening and Global KYC documentation of individual and corporate clients

Skills:

• Knowledge of foreign languages will be preferred.
