Job summary

Fidelity International in Gurgaon is seeking a Resolutions Investigator to manage complaints, investigate issues, and ensure fair outcomes. The role focuses on proactive customer communication, meticulous case handling, and adherence to FCA DISP and Consumer Duty principles.

Training will be provided to develop industry qualifications. The incumbent will collaborate with team members, identify risks, and contribute to continuous improvement while progressing toward professional qualifications

Qualifications

• Relevant background in UK financial services is preferred.
• Completed training for complaint handling will be provided; prior experience not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, both spoken and written.

You will be investigating, resolving, and responding to complaints with a focus on delivering fair outcomes. As a complaint handler, you play a crucial role in driving customer-centric change within the business, using solid reasoning and precise auditing of all complaint cases.
