Job summary

Calida Rehab is seeking a compassionate Residential Clinical Psychologist to conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapies in a full-time residential setting.

The role requires an MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration desirable) or an MA in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 2–3 years in rehabilitation. Candidates will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic recovery.

Qualifications

• MPhil in Clinical Psychology or MA in Clinical Psychology are acceptable.
• RCI registration desirable.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress.
• Stay updated with best practices in clinical psychology and rehabilitation.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
