Job summary

Lexlegis.ai, India’s AI-powered legal intelligence platform, seeks a Resident Sales Account Executive for CA and law office segments. Based in one of several Indian cities, you will own the city’s subscription growth, build relationships with Chartered Accountants, tax consultants and practitioners, and drive new subscriptions monthly.

You will report to the Manager – Legal and Tax Professionals and operate on-site within your city, developing a robust local ecosystem and delivering recurring

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in field subscription or professional services sales in the city of posting.
• Already living in the city of posting, with fluency in the local language (mandatory).
• A record of owning a territory single handed, with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of income tax practice, including assessments, appeals before CIT(Appeals) and ITAT, TDS and GST returns.
• The energy to run events, visit offices and keep activity high every week.
• A graduate degree in any discipline.

Role Description

The Account Executive – Resident, Tax Professionals is a full time, on site role based in one of Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kanpur or Lucknow, with one role per city. This person will be the face of Lexlegis.ai in their own city, and will report to the Manager – Legal and Tax Professionals. Candidates must already live in the city of posting.

The role is measured on one number: annual recurring revenue built in the city, backed by new subscriptions every month, trial to paid conversion, renewal collection and the association events run.

Every Pr. CIT station city has its own tax community of CAs, tax consultants and tax advocates handling assessments and appeals under constant deadline pressure. They trust people they know, from their own city. The Account Executive will own the local income tax practitioner ecosystem and build the city's subscription base from the ground up. This includes building a community of practising Chartered Accountants and CA firms, tax consultants and tax advocates, ICAI branches and CA study circles, tax bar associations, and practitioners appearing before CIT(Appeals) and ITAT.
