Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry and excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations and ticketing for domestic and international flights
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability
• Process ticket bookings and issue e-tickets
• Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth and timely travel arrangements for clients
• Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds as per company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient booking process
• Assist with other travel-related tasks as needed, including hotel bookings and holiday package reservations
