The role involves generating COA, data interpretation, and collaborating with R&D and manufacturing units to ensure analytical excellence. Candidates should hold a Master in Organic Chemistry with 1-5 years of experience in agro chemicals/fine chemicals/pharma-API/specialty chemicals and be proficient in instrument calibration and data

Qualifications

• Master in Organic Chemistry required from a reputed University/Institute.
• 1-5 years of experience in agro chemicals/fine chemicals/pharma-API/specialty chemicals.
• Assist analytical method development and generate reliable data with proper interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assist analytical method development as per planning and project scope.
• Coordinate with R&D for analytical support and development.
• Ensure authenticity and integrity of results produced in analyses.
• Troubleshoot analytical issues and interpret data.
• Provide analytical support to kilo lab/pilot plant/manufacturing during technology transfer.
• Compile data and update KL/PP plant trial records.

Position Purpose

• The Position will be responsible for assisting in analytical method development of assigned project within given timeframe as per Safety and Environmental rules.
• Raw materials and finished products analysis. Generating COA and compiling documents. Proactiveness to trouble shoot any complexity during analysis

Strategic Responsibilities

• To understand the analytical scope of the project assigned.
• Inputs in planning of analytical support to R&D and Plant
• Timely calibration of assigned instruments
• Proper house- keeping and use of PPE’s.
• Use relevant MSDS for safe handling and disposals of toxic chemicals

Operational Responsibilities

• Assist in analytical method development as per planning.
• Co-ordination with R&D for analytical support / development
• Authenticity of the result generated.
• Troubleshooting
• Data interpretation skills
• Analytical Support to kilo lab/pilot plant/manufacturing site during technology transfer
• Data compilation and time to time update of KL/ PP plant trials
