Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Research Associate / Senior Research Associate Formulation to support the development of solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules) and semi-solid dosage forms (creams, ointments, gels, lotions) in a pharmaceutical R&D environment. The role involves formulation development, evaluation, documentation, and support during scale-up and technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize solid oral dosage forms (IR/MR tablets and capsules) and/or semi solid formulations (creams, ointments, gels, lotions).
• Execute formulation trials, in-process evaluations, and stability studies.
• Operate and handle formulation equipment such as granulation, compression, encapsulation, and semi-solid manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain R&D documentation in compliance with cGMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
• Support scale-up, pilot batches, and technology transfer activities.
• Coordinate with Analytical Development, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety and compliance standards.
