Job summary

SKAN Research Trust in Bengaluru invites researchers to join our efforts in advancing medicine through bioinformatics and molecular biology. The role involves supporting SKAN's research focus areas, contributing to R&D activities, and helping prepare scientific publications and posters.

You will also help maintain lab records and SOPs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic theoretical and practical knowledge about above mentioned methods.
• Hands-on exposure to sequencing analyses and lab techniques is desirable.

Responsibilities

• All kind of support in direction of SKAN research focus areas and contribute to research and development activities, participate in scientific meetings, develop scientific publications and posters. Maintain lab records and SOPs.
• Assist in scientific meetings and contribute to posters and publications.

Research Experience Experience on analysis of WES, WGS, CNV calling, RNA sequencing, protein docking studies.
Exposure to minimal cell and molecular biology skills like PCR and cloning methods.
Exposure to or hands on Machine learning is advantage.
Training on Scientific writing skills

Relevant Industry/Domain Bioinformatics and related fields
