Job summary

PwC Service Delivery Center in Kolkata, India seeks an Associate to join its problem‑solving team. You will analyze customer requests, interpret financial data, and prepare inputs from various sources to help PwC win in the marketplace.

You will update CRM records, provide industry insights, and drive process improvements while meeting defined SLAs. The role requires clear and confident communication, both written and verbal, and adherence to quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Awareness on service offerings of the team
• Analyzing and comprehending customer requests
• Analyzing and reporting data using dashboards and reporting formats
• Understanding and interpreting financial and reporting information
• Preparing inputs and information from databases and other sources that helps PwC win in the marketplace
• Providing industry insights and analysis
• Updating recent data in CRM systems
• Executing projects as per defined guidelines and SLAs
• Adhering to quality guidelines and maintaining turnaround time
• Incorporating review comments if any from the quality reviewer
• Identifying and making suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
• Identifying scope of process improvement
• Increasing digital upskilling
• Communicating confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbal and written
