We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our team in Gurugram, India. The successful candidate will support the regional Power & Renewables team through market research, policy and regulatory analysis, power market modelling, insights creation, and client support for India and other South Asian power markets.
As a Research Analyst, you will build a deep understanding of power market dynamics across India and South Asia and contribute across five core areas: conducting market research to track supply, demand, and investment trends; analyzing the policy and regulatory landscape and its impact on market outcomes; running and maintaining our regional power market models to produce technology and price outlooks; translating model outputs and market intelligence into clear, actionable insights for our research reports; and supporting client engagements by responding to queries and presenting findings to clients and industry stakeholders. You will collaborate with a global team of power and renewables experts, work on cutting‑edge topics such as battery storage and curtailment forecasting and stay current on market developments to keep our modelling and research at the leading edge.
