Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a mid-level Sell Side/Buy Side Equity Research Analyst to own a defined coverage universe, build financial models and publish institutional-grade research.

You will serve as a primary contact for institutional and wealth clients and collaborate with sales, trading, and investment banking teams to deliver actionable market insights.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CFA charter holder or active progress toward Level III is highly preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in equity research or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coverage Ownership: maintain and update financial models and valuation metrics for a defined portfolio of publicly traded companies.
• Publishing Research: write and publish timely earnings notes, sector deep-dives, initiation reports, and thematic industry pieces.
• Client Advisory: pitch investment ideas to internal investment committee.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: organize and lead management roadshows, site visits, and analyst days with corporate executives.
• Deal Support: collaborate with investment banking teams to provide sector insights for IPOs and secondary offerings.

We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated Mid-Level Sell Side/ Buy side Equity Research Analyst to join our equity research team. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated coverage universe, build financial models and publish institutional-grade research. You will serve as a primary contact for institutional clients, Wealth Clients and partner with our sales, trading, and investment banking teams to deliver actionable market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Coverage Ownership:

Maintain and update financial models and valuation metrics for a defined portfolio of publicly traded companies.

• Publishing Research

Write and publish timely earnings notes, sector deep-dives, initiation reports, and thematic industry pieces.

• Client Advisory

Pitch investment ideas directly to internal investment committee.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

Organize and lead management roadshows, site visits, and analyst days to connect clients with corporate executives.

• Deal Support

Collaborate with investment banking teams to provide sector expertise and research insights for IPOs and secondary offerings.
