Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mid-Level Equity Research Analyst to own a dedicated coverage universe, build financial models, and publish institutional-grade research.

You will liaise with institutional and wealth clients and collaborate with sales, trading, and investment banking teams to deliver actionable market insights. You will maintain financial models, write earnings notes, sector deep-dives, and participate in management roadshows and client meetings.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CFA charter holder or Level III progress preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in equity research.

Responsibilities

• Coverage Ownership: maintain and update financial models and valuation metrics for a defined portfolio.
• Publishing Research: write and publish timely earnings notes, sector deep-dives, initiation reports, and thematic pieces.
• Client Advisory: pitch investment ideas to internal investment committee.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: organize roadshows, site visits, and analyst days to connect clients with executives.
• Deal Support: collaborate with investment banking teams to provide sector insights for IPOs and offerings.

We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated Mid-Level Sell Side/ Buy side Equity Research Analyst to join our equity research team. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated coverage universe, build financial models and publish institutional-grade research. You will serve as a primary contact for institutional clients, Wealth Clients and partner with our sales, trading, and investment banking teams to deliver actionable market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Coverage Ownership: Maintain and update financial models and valuation metrics for a defined portfolio of publicly traded companies.
• Publishing Research: Write and publish timely earnings notes, sector deep-dives, initiation reports, and thematic industry pieces.
• Client Advisory: Pitch investment ideas directly to internal investment committee.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Organize and lead management roadshows, site visits, and analyst days to connect clients with corporate executives.
• Deal Support: Collaborate with investment banking teams to provide sector expertise and research insights for IPOs and secondary offerings.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy and performance of stock recommendations (Buy/Hold/Sell rankings).
• Volume and quality of published research reports and sector notes.

Qualification

MBA/ CA/ CFA charter holder or active progress toward Level III is highly preferred
