Job summary
Credicus Business Services Pvt Ltd in Pune invites applications for a Domestic BPO Telecaller role. You will handle Marathi and Hindi basic communication, assist customers, and support inbound/outbound calls during the shift.
Freshers and experienced candidates with HSC or above are welcome. Working hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm with rotational week offs and incentive-based earning.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: HSC or higher.
- Ability to communicate in Marathi and Hindi at a basic level.
Responsibilities
- Handle domestic BPO telecalling tasks.
- Assist customers via inbound/outbound calls as per process.
