• Perform detailed stage‑wise inspections of boiler components such as headers, panels, and coils.
• Verify material compliance and traceability in alignment with QAP and applicable codes.
• Confirm proper execution and documentation of heat treatment processes.
• Conduct welding inspections and ensure weld quality meets required standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
• Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with third‑party inspection agencies to schedule and conduct witness inspections.

Requirements
