Blithequark is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join the HR Compliance team. You will process data, communicate requirements, and ensure regulatory accuracy while collaborating with HRIS and EC teams to develop reports and dashboards.

You will handle FBI fingerprint data, manage relationships with U.S. agencies, and help standardize data across files for HR Compliance. The role demands precision, confidentiality, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data across files with HRIS/EC teams
• Direct high-level analyses, custom reporting and dashboards for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and team members regularly
• Review applications and retransmit fingerprints to TSA Clearinghouse

As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance by analyzing and communicating requirements. You'll work closely with our HRIS and EC teams to process data, analyze reports, and reputed company custom dashboards. Key Responsibilities

• Acquiring reputed company/personal investigation results and processing reputed company clearance letters
• Managing relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Administrations
• Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
• Processes daily FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and troubleshoots any database issues
• Plans and analyzes HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC teams
• Directs high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalizes reputed company data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborates with clients and team members regularly
• Reviews completed reputed company Applications and checks for accuracy and retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Requirements Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) applications
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
